Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, I really appreciated the unique decor and the engaging activities they offered, such as the mini-golf course. The location is also a major highlight since it’s just a short walk to Fremont Street. However, I did face some issues with the room not being initially satisfactory, and I was disappointed that the pool was out of service during my visit. Overall, there were enjoyable aspects, but a bit more attention to maintenance would improve the experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the customer service was exceptional and the cleanliness of the rooms was noteworthy. However, I faced a significant issue with a dirty needle found in my bed, and the response from the staff was lacking. Additionally, the hotel’s location was a double-edged sword; while it was conveniently close to attractions, it felt a bit unsafe at times. Overall, there were some positives, but the negatives left a mark on my stay.
